'It was a cold February morning, we'd been trying to perfect Smoke On The Water for weeks, like most bands in Bradford at this time the only role models we had were Deep Purple and the like.''

Then at about 11 o'clock the guitarist (Harvey) burst into the room with a copy of the Ramones first album under his arm, this was February 1976 and as we listened to the album this was the moment that changed our lives.'

'We trashed Smoke On The Water, we wrote a bunch of songs for ourselves including One More Vice and To Those In The Know Down At Sweaty Harry's yet within a year the band was no more and we all went our separate ways.'

'Because nearly everyone who had been involved with a band in Bradford has a similar story to tell some have been more successful than others. Yet all are equally important to the legacy Bradford has given to the world of music.'
